Split into a monorepo with the web and Android apps

Bun workspaces with one app per folder: the Next.js forge in apps/web and the Android app in
apps/mobile (a Gradle project; its package.json only wraps ./gradlew). The root package.json
runs either app's scripts (bun dev, bun run build/lint/test, bun run mobile:build/deploy).

The web app now runs from apps/web, so data/ and bin/ live there too. The Dockerfiles moved
into apps/web and still build from the repository root, for the workspace's lockfile.
@types/mdast is declared now that dependencies aren't hoisted.
