# my-pi-config My [pi](https://github.com/badlogic/pi-mono) coding agent config. ## Setup ```bash git clone ssh://git@git.vectrum.cc:2222/johannSo/my-pi-config.git ~/.pi/agent pi # installs packages from settings.json, then log in ``` ## PC branch The `PC` branch is the config for the Fedora PC (GTX 1080). Differences from `main`: - No Omarchy skills (`omarchy`, `diagnose-crash`). - `pi-cliproxyapi-provider/config.json` points at CLIProxyAPI on `192.168.2.65:8317`. Add the key with `/login CLIProxyAPI` (stored in the git-ignored `auth.json`). - `models.json` adds: - `ollama/ornith-1.5:9b` — local Ollama on the GPU. Its 24k `contextWindow` matches `OLLAMA_CONTEXT_LENGTH=24576` in the Ollama systemd drop-in (with `OLLAMA_FLASH_ATTENTION=1` and `OLLAMA_KV_CACHE_TYPE=q8_0` so it fits in 8 GB VRAM). - `CLIProxyAPI` model overrides that copy pi's native Anthropic thinking maps (adaptive thinking, `xhigh`/`max`) to the proxied Claude models. `pi-cliproxyapi-provider` only sets these for GPT models. ## Packages Installed automatically from `settings.json`: | Package | What it does | | --- | --- | | `pi-cliproxyapi-provider` | CLIProxyAPI provider with automatic model discovery | | `pi-web-access` | Web search, URL fetching, GitHub repos, PDFs, YouTube/video | | `@tintinweb/pi-subagents` | Claude Code-style sub-agents, steering, workflows | | `@pi-archimedes/image-paste` | Paste images from the clipboard | | `@juicesharp/rpiv-ask-user-question` | Structured questionnaires the model can ask you | | `@quintinshaw/pi-dynamic-workflows` | Multi-agent workflows, `/workflows` TUI, `/deep-research` | | `pi-btw` | Parallel side conversations with `/btw` | | `@juicesharp/rpiv-todo` | Todo list for the model as a live overlay | ## Extensions Local extensions in `extensions/`: | Extension | What it does | | --- | --- | | `clean-ui.ts` | Big pixel "PI" header + two-line footer, colors from the active theme | | `orca-agent-status.ts` | Reports agent status to Orca (Orca-managed) | | `orca-prefill.ts` | Prefills the editor from `ORCA_PI_PREFILL` (Orca-managed) | | `orca-titlebar-spinner.ts` | Titlebar spinner while the agent works (Orca-managed) | ## Skills In `skills/`: **Animation & motion** - `animate` — build a web animation from scratch, making the right decisions in order - `animate-expo` — animations and gestures in React Native / Expo (Reanimated, Gesture Handler) - `animation-vocabulary` — find the exact name for a vaguely described motion effect - `find-animation-opportunities` — find places that should animate (read-only) - `improve-animations` — audit a codebase's motion and write implementation plans (read-only) - `review-animations` — strict review of animation code (manual invocation only) **UI & design** - `apple-design` — Apple-style interface design and fluid, physical motion for the web - `emil-design-eng` — Emil Kowalski's philosophy on UI polish and component design - `break-ui` — stress-test UI with worst-case data and report what broke - `mobile-native` — make web apps feel native on phones - `pick-ui-library` — pick a frontend library from a curated list (manual invocation only) - `prototype` — build several UI variants behind a live picker (manual invocation only) - `ask-sonner` — guide to the Sonner React toast library **Languages** - `write-swift` — modern Swift 6, concurrency, testing and API design ## Notes - Secrets (`auth.json`, `mcp-auth.json`), sessions and `npm/` are git-ignored. - `.gitignore` is an allowlist — add `!/file` to track something new.
